Pick Up and Drop Off Information

Nichols Intermediate Families,

Please familiarize yourself with our drop-off and pick-up locations and procedures for both 5th and 6th grade.


🔺 Morning Drop-Off: All car riders must be dropped off at the front entrance of Nichols. **Students may NOT be dropped off at the back entrance by the cafeteria/bus lane.**

🔺 Afternoon Pick-Up:
   5th Grade: Pick-up will be at the front entrance.
   6th Grade: Pick-up will be at the back entrance by the cafeteria/bus lane.

🔺 Sibling/Carpool Pick-Up: If a 6th grade student is being picked up with a 5th grade sibling or carpooling with a 5th grade student, both students will be picked up at the 6th grade pick-up location.


🔺 Early Pick-Up: If you need to pick up your student early for an appointment, please make sure they are signed out by 2:30 p.m. After 2:30pm, students will be dismissed according to their regular dismissal plan.


🔺 Transportation Changes: All transportation changes must be called in by 2:15 p.m. This allows us enough time to notify students and ensure a smooth dismissal.



***REMINDER: Dismissal begins at 3:05 p.m. Please ensure that students are picked up in a timely manner.***
