April 3rd and April 6th are student holidays. Staff will also be off on April 3rd, and will return on April 6 for a staff workday. We are proud of the Downtown Historic Tomato Bowl, located at the end of Commerce Street on Austin Street in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. One of the last remaining downtown stadiums in Texas, the Tomato Bowl has a rich 80+ year-long history. In 2025, the Tomato Bowl was voted the Best High School Stadium in Texas by Dave Campbell's Football.
