K-12th Grade Returning Student Registration

If your child has previously been enrolled in Jacksonville ISD, they are considered a RETURNING STUDENT.

If the student has previously been enrolled in JISD and is returning you do NOT need to complete an online registration at this time. Please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Contact JISD Administration Office

Grades K-8: Please contact Alma Martinez 903-586-6511 to set up a time to bring your required documents.

Grades 9-12: Please contact Shanna Oualline 903-586-3661 to set up a time to bring your required documents.

Step 2: Bring Required Documents

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Social Security Card
  3. Immunization Record
  4. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
  5. Proof of Residency with parent/guardian name (ONLY: Water bill, light bill, gas bill, deed or lease agreement) If the person listed on the bill is NOT the birth parent or legal guardian you will need to complete a Dual Residency Form with the bill and the ID of the person listed on the bill.

Step 3: Annual Student Verification

This step must be completed prior to your child being assigned to a class or given a schedule.
