*** The Superintendent of JISD under advice from our legal counsel has established the exceptions below in relation to the email and instant message retention schedule established under TSLAC ***  

Retention Exceptions: 

• Skype/Instant Messaging will not be digitally retained - Administrative Value = 0 days
• Email digital retention to be 6 months
