thank you again Deborah you been so much the past we can't thank you enough well now when I hear from her 2017 commitment to Excellence award recipient atasco committed to Excellence award highest award fighting kid talks about individual in the profession of the past and ligament looking for someone that's made a great contribution to town and someone they kept in a big heart attack while they may have been a board member but you just make significant contributions to test just has done such from his job and their local area ladies and Gentlemen let's meet your 2017 tenants award recipient so my first time that I met lady and my first impression of her when she was actually at work and I pocket knife but I just finished my interview process of the super she was working for tablets she takes care of a department her job responsibilities better than anybody maybe we have more meetings because I recognize maybe people that aren't normally the ones that have the same story worker and does the TV drama recognize man had to go through a heart  is very evident in everything is she she does become emotionally to talk about I have been 27 years this is my 27 all at Jacksonville no I want to be about ready to go she was looked at as the glue that held me together during the transition between Wendy's helmets principles tonight easy on that very clear and concise what we need to do that we can do dissolvable and student worry about the state of Texas because they get it the commitment for my  215 and what we doing to help those in our district to see what they do and have them any work hard a lot of the things that we have to do not always the majority help us to have a great morning for everything Southwest they need to learn I didn't have it right Network so I'm so thrilled and Tackle has the mentorship program in  membership in the that new business going to shower because that's who I am nice in my wall with with Jesus and and and when I think my purpose is remember you have a good brother business managers Around The Sixth Sense is loyalty is loyal to her principles and I don't take that as a no pet deposit Hartford Police driving Lindy will be doing so good Michigan's part for everybody and dealing with everybody in the district you know she references the people that may be going on in the front of the line about her work the people that use Manatee and taken care of and just really come through what's the time those things that are  I'm very committed to I'm passionate about and what drive that I think is my face I think that we're all we also had a Purpose Driven Life and I think my birthday is are there football for the 2017 Tahoe okay so you got the morning that I'm Cryer I have to stay and I said the first General Session yesterday morning and I knew this was going to happen all I can think about with my big face with be up on that I mean it's just a great honor to be selected for this but thank you for what you do for public education what what's it mean to me I'm so excited that I'm going to get to get $3,000 to do something and I promise you I will pineapple recognize something for going through the process of being interviewed and your cough eclectic maybe in my life and for the process don't like video when I don't like pictures so District adopted a thing this year it was the best year ever and like any of the times you talk to me and so I started the year that way shortly after new year started how old is daughter and now she's going to have a baby and I'm going to be Brandy then my youngest daughter is graduating in May from Texas A&M and passed the first two exams CPA  is My Mini-Me so when you see her name on a job application when you're done I got that one right behind the gram reached my 80 and I can retire  and anytime I do I want to say I love my job I love what I do so sometimes I have any plans in the next what time is anytime  to serve others are to commit to doing something for Tazewell there are those debts of there are those the sacrifice the time you spend away from your job and your your family and that starts with my aunt and my family can you get Kayla and Casey I wasn't home alone never learned to cook and my in-laws funeral family and Stephanie and Heaven the girls when they were little and ever complain to girls always dead grown up I will never do what you do working on  now Tyler is a math degree and Master Grade work for Jacksonville lion and Casey's going with the game respected in Nevada School District all you hear about is driving and making reception on on what happens when you drive down Main Street but I'm I'm going to tell you the Jacksonville ISD is the best kept secret in the state of Texas because we have the best stuff ever and and that starts in y dr. Kelly thank you for yourself or you recognizing part in our department works and has to do a little room so I can all get home a little earlier today that that's here today thank you for taking the time out of your day specially I don't know how many of you can say this but when I do the mentoring in the emerging leaders when I work it says it's all about building relationships  in your districts it's all about breaking down those walls  and I think that estimate all eight of her principles are here today and nobody knows more than I do how hard you work and and I'm praying for you all the time so I find the volume of a shape let me see my other family here today my sisters and my sister-in-law taking a Aventura Temple Tangled  we're excited and you know we liked of public relations because we're going now that it's has phone numbers that are out there I want to tell me the time out of your comfort zone I can remember when I started years ago and west Arizona on the back of the classroom and Tom Patton Aldi's open we were the Young yesterday the emerging leaders Karen daughter from the old people are leaving and we have thinking back there and we have to take over and I'm so thrilled for that but if I wanted to encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and get back to town, and make some connections because that's what get up in 27 years in one district and I know how do you move around in the Metroplex but when you're in the rural areas you don't do that as much but building relationships and reaching out five rivers of France to the East Texas Tasco members here today anyway  so proud to represent in Texas and and the commitment that we make in an area to engage in to get involved  Patty Griffin there's nothing like one of the worst days in your life  and you look up at your dad's funeral and somebody was driven from San Angelo thank you Patty to the Packer game Dave's not here my group of friends the back road a years ago because you always find us at the conference at a workshop background  this guy turn down Pastor now for 3 years and years and I could just put my phone in here District people are here but my friend in and I put them up to anybody when there's something new comes out and see from TDI the email each other we reach out to each other we share experiences  some personal we've been through some some great great Joys and celebrate in our family and some traffic moments as well reach out and find somebody that you can connect with and if you can hang on and you can rely on and I and I promise you it will make it a job I'm going to close with a scripture from Matthew let your light so shine That Others May see glorify your father in Heaven  To God Be All the Glory thank you
