Distribution Process and Timeframe

1.  Approved community notices, materials and information (electronic version) will be posted under "News & Announcements" on each campus website and the district site within 5 business days of approval.   
 
2.  Once approved, the organization must deliver or mail printed copies to each campus where students of an appropriate age attend for the event.  
 
3.  The notice will remain on the website until the event is over. 
 
4.  Schools are not allowed to make copies or provide materials for copies for community notices and/or flyers unless the event is part of a class project.
