Board Policy - Distribution of Non-School Materials

Organizations and individuals wishing to make available materials or information available to JISD students through schools in the Jacksonville Independent School District should review the criteria set forth in Board Policy:

 

 

 

This Regulation is for clarification of information that is presented in the Student Code of Conduct concerning the distribution of non-school materials on campus. All schools in the District are to be governed by the following statement:

 

 

"The principal or administrator in charge will not allow the distribution on the JISD campus/facility of flyers, etc. from "for profit" private parties or businesses."
