2019-20 Registration Instructions for NEW Students in JISD
- Online registration must occur with the "2020-2021 Registration for NEW Students" link found on the JISD web site. If the student has ever been enrolled in JISD, please contact JISD Central Office before completing information online.
- Online registration can occur prior to the official registration dates, but every new student's guardians must bring the following information on one of the available registration dates.
- Classes DO fill up, so earlier registration dates are preferable.
- Please note that if your child was NOT enrolled in JISD for the 2020-21 school year, you MUST enroll them online and come to registration at Central Office. Registration dates to be determined at a later date.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Original Birth Certificate
Social Security Card (if available)
Immunization Record (must be up-to-date to register)
Proof of Residency (MUST be utility bill in the guardian's name, deed or lease agreement)
Photo ID of parent or guardian
Income Verification (for Pre-K only)
Any applicable court ordered documentation
