“Flashing Lights” - This video was developed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement in conjunction with the Texas Education Agency to provide instruction to students, drivers, and police officers to ensure eveyone’s Safety during a traffic stop. Texas is leading the nation in providing this type of instruction. It is designed to be used in law enforcement acdemies, driver training schools, and public schools.
