College Visit Form

A student shall be excused for up to two days during the student’s junior year and up to two days during the student’s senior year to visit an accredited institution of higher education.

Students must provide documentation to the High School Attendance Office no later than two days after the first day the student returns to school by:

1. Submitting a completed Verification of Higher Education Visit form (Note: Campus will verify the visit unless additional documentation is attached to the form from the university/college on official letterhead.); OR
2. Providing documentation from the university/college on official letterhead and the campus clerk will complete the Verification of Higher Education Visit form and attach the documentation.
