We currently support approximately 7,550 devices with three technicians. You may resolve your issue quicker than we can by referring to the knowledge base tab in Eduphoria-HelpDesk. The knowledge base tab runs vertically on the left side of the screen in HelpDesk.
Submit a work order, access the knowledge base, or get a tech quote.
