The Selection Process
Students are nominated from each campus by any staff member. After principal approval and student agreement, parents and guardians were asked to agree that the student could participate in an interview process to determine campus ambassadors. A campus PR Committee, along with the principal and representatives from the District Committee, interviewed the candidates and selected the winners from each campus. two students are selected from each elementary campus, two or three from Nichols, three from JMS, and up to 8 from JHS.
