Jacksonville ISD Food Service participates in the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs that are funded through USDA. The school breakfast and lunch is available to every child in the District.
Food Service daily serves approximately 1650 breakfast and 3700 lunches.
Meals are prepared on site for each campus besides Compass Center. The meals are transported to this location twice a day.
Free and Reduced Price Meals are served to students in accordance with Department of Agriculture guidelines. Applications for this program may be completed at any of the campuses or you can contact the Food Service Office Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.
IN THE OPERATION OF THE CHILD FEEDING PROGRAMS, NO CHILD WILL BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF RACE, SEX, COLOR, NATIONAL ORIGIN, AGE OR HANDICAP. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, WRITE IMMEDIATELY TO THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE, WASHINGTON, D.C. 20250.
