GRADUATION 2020 » Graduation 2020

Graduation 2020

We will have two cameras on the field.  One will capture a green-screen
image of each graduate BEFORE they cross the stage.  I will use these
images to build a Virtual Class Portrait.  The second camera will be on
the exit side of the stage capturing an image of each graduate holding
their diploma.

They will be able to order prints of the Class Portrait, prints of their
individual Diploma Image (several different print packages are
available) , Downloadable image files of their Diploma Image, or an
All-Access Package including all three of these items.

The entry point for ordering is a blog post on my website which
congratulates them, explains what is available to order, the steps to
place an order, and provides a link to the ordering page itself. Some of
that information is repeated on the ordering page itself. The link to
the blog post is: https://www.sportsphotosusa.com/spusa_blog/jhs2020grad/

I have also repeated the information on the Sports Photos USA Facebook
page: https://www.facebook.com/pg/SportsPhotosUSA/posts

The direct link to the ordering page is:

JHS 2020 Seniors,
Please click the link below to complete the mandatory 2020 Graduation Survey #1.  The survey must be completed by Monday, May 18th at 4:00PM.
Be sure to read each and every word of the survey very carefully.

Attached to this email you will find a handy image with our graduation reminders that you can reference as needed.
It is extremely important that you:
  • Watch all videos that are emailed, posted on Facebook, or placed on the school website
  • Check your school email twice per day
  • Email or call if you have questions about graduation
We have worked incredibly hard to make graduation happen.  We need your help to make it as great as it can be.
After completing the survey, please email Mrs. Smith or me if you have any questions.
It is important that everyone is on the same page, so be sure to share the attached picture of graduation details with your parents and graduation guests.  Remember...only 5 guests per graduate.
If you owe a fine or have a school-owned item that needs to be returned JHS...you need to reach out to your coach/sponsor.  Failing to pay your fines or return school items (library books, textbooks, calculators, jerseys) will prevent you from participating in the graduation ceremony.
Can't wait to see you guys soon.
