A student shall be excused for up to two days per school year to serve as an early voting or election clerk. 

Students must provide documentation to the High School Attendance Office no later than two days after the first day the student returns to school by:

1. Submitting a completed Verification of Service as an Election Clerk or Early Voting Clerk form (Note: Campus will verify the visit unless additional documentation is attached to the form from the head election clerk on official letterhead.); OR
2. Providing documentation from election clerk on official letterhead and the campus clerk will complete the Verification of Service as an Election Clerk or Early Voting Clerk form and attach the documentation.
