If you receive a notice stating an email you have attempted to send to someone at JISD has been  blocked, you have the following options:

1. Call JISD Technology at 903-589-9015 and request that your email address be unblocked.
   
   

2. Contact the employee that you were trying to email and ask them to request that the Technology Department unblock your email address.
   
   

3. Fill out an online request for your email address to be unblocked.
