Yes, the youth football program will have access to Cook Field using the same permission process as in the past.  JISD fully supports Jacksonville youth!   Cook Field will have a new set of regulations and rules for public use, but the youth football program will be able to use the field for games.  The track will be open at specified times for the public.  We will post the new regulations soon!  Thanks for your question.
