Family Access

Family Access is an internet tool to help families and teachers stay in touch. Your child’s academic progress reports, attendance and schedules are just a click away.

There is no need to wait for parent-teacher conferences; with this current information you can be a proactive member of your child’s educational team. Staff email addresses are provided through Family Access for your convenience should you have a question or need an answer prior to conferences.

You will be able to view academic grades for students in 1st through 12th grade at East Side, West Side, Fred Douglass and Joe Wright Elementary, Nichols Intermediate, Middle School, and High School. Pre-K and kindergarten students will not have grades in the online program.

Teachers will update grades on a weekly basis. Please remember the grades you see might not include all assignments or tests that have been completed by your child. Also, keep in mind that some assignments take longer to grade than others. If you have questions about any of these items, please contact the teacher via email or phone.

We welcome you to Family Access and hope you find this tool important in your ongoing relationship with Jacksonville ISD.
